1. This is a 120-minute workshop only provided at The Ori Theory @ Sunway Velocity (KL). 这是一个120分钟的体验活动，仅在 Cafe: 源本@Sunway Velocity（吉隆坡）进行。

💕 Notes: 注意

Once the payment is successful, the guest automatically agrees to the following terms.

1) This workshop is strictly limited to 2 people per session. No extra company or children or pets are allowed. Strictly no pets are allowed in the cafe.

2) Once the booking is confirmed, no refund is allowed unless exceptional circumstances. *You're allowed to reschedule (change the booking time once - 1 time only). Kindly inform us 48 hours in advance. 
Otherwise, you can transfer the ownership to someone else to enjoy the session on your behalf if one of you can't make it to join.

3) Respecting others' time, our workshop will start on time. Please arrive at our workshop 5 minutes before your session begins. If the customer is late for more than 30 minutes or a no-show will be considered as slots used and the payment will not be refunded. 

4）Customers who are late for more than 30 minutes can still enjoy the experience, however, the dining time limit will depend on the cafe crowd/reservation list; If there's no reservation after you, we will be happy to let you enjoy a full 120 minutes session in the cafe. 

On the other hand, if there's a reservation after you/a long queue outside of the cafe, your dining time will then be shortened to 60 minutes due to late arrivals at the beginning. This is to avoid the situation affecting the progress of other customers. Thank you for your understanding. 

5) Our crew will be taking pictures and videos of the customer's outcome and the workshop's highlights during the session and share them on social platforms, official websites, or other media. To protect your portrait rights, please let us know in advance if you do not want to be photographed.

6) You are required to remove your make-up to enjoy the FREE/Complimentary Mask Party x Glow Up Session, hence we would recommend you to come WITHOUT MAKE-UP ;
You may apply your make-up later during Hair Styling Session (Before your Hi-Tea Session with BFF) to achieve Glowy Glass Skin for better photo with your besties. 
*kindly bring your own cosmetics if you wish to make-up after the Mask party.

7) We (TwiceTheJoy_MY) reserve the right to make final interpretations and decisions on all matters of this workshop.

一旦付款成功，客人自动同意以下条款。

1）本次体验活动仅限2人。 不允许携带额外的陪伴、儿童或宠物。 咖啡馆内严禁携带宠物。

2)   预订一经确认，除特殊情况外，恕不退款。 
*您可重新安排（更改预订时间 但仅限 1 次）-请提前 48 小时通知我们。
如果其中一人无法加入，您可考虑转交给其他人，但需自行寻找朋友/家人 
并在48小时内通知我们

3) 尊重他人的时间，我们的体验将准时开始。 请在课程开始前 5 分钟到达 Cafe (源本 The Ori Theory - Sunway Velocity)。 若顾客迟到超过30分钟或未出现，将被视为 “已使用”，且款项将不予退还。

4）迟到超过30分钟的顾客仍可享受体验活动， 但用餐时间将视乎咖啡厅人潮/预约名单而定； 如果您之后没有顾客 预约，我们将很乐意让您在咖啡厅享受完整的 120 分钟体验 。

但 如果您之后有顾客 预约/咖啡馆外排了很长的队，那您的用餐时间将因一开始的 迟到而缩短至 90 分钟。 这是为了避免出现影响其他客户进度的情况。 希望您能理解和体谅，谢谢。

5) 我们的工作人员将在会议期间拍摄客户的成果和Workshop的亮点的照片和视频，并在社交平台、官方网站或其他媒体上分享。 为了保护您的肖像权，如您不希望被拍照，请提前告知我们。

6) 参加面膜派对 x Glow Up Session 需要卸妆，因此我们建议您不化妆参加；
您可以稍后在发型造型期间课程（享受Hi-Tea下午茶之前）自行化妆，以实现灯泡肌，上妆更好好看, 拍摄更好的照片. 

*如果您想在面膜派对后化妆，请自备化妆品。

 7）我们保留对所有协议，条款和条规的修改。
